With a heart-centred approach, I guide people toward uncovering their truth in order to reach their potential, nurture their mind, body and spirit, whilst empowering them to live the life they dream of.
Living Truthfully is the fusion of my passions – exploring the connection between mind, body, spirit wellness and the exploration of the process that it takes to become a ‘truthful’ actor. A professionally trained actress and choreographer, I’ve taught dance, circus and acting to people of all ages for over 20 years. I am also a qualified Kinesiologist, Sekhem healer and life coach.
There’s the saying “When the student is ready, the teacher appears”, and in 2003 I met Ida Lyall, a Melbourne-based Kinesiologist and Sekhem Healer – where my healing tuition really began.
I was seeking deeper fulfilment in my personal life and career, feeling unhappy, depressed and anxious most of the time.
I was seeking deeper fulfilment in my personal life and career, feeling unhappy, depressed and anxious most of the time. With Kinesiology and Sekhem, great shifts began occurring and I knew I wanted to assist others in their own transformation. In 2007 I moved to London where I lived for 7 years. It was a huge, life-changing journey where I also began my kinesiology study and life coaching training.
Whilst undertaking actor training in London in 2011, I was literally trained in how to “live truthfully” via the Meisner Technique with Scott Williams and The Impulse Company. This also led me to Niki Flacks, whose fascinating mind/body approach to accessing emotion for actors was directly in line with my values and beliefs around acting and the body, mind and energy connection.
